Mirror, Mirror on the wall
Ben has a new love…himself in the mirror! Yesterday, he brought a chair all the way into our bathroom to turn on the light so he could look at himself in the mirror. At HEB today he was looking in the rear view mirror and said he was scared. I told him to smile and give himself a thumbs up. It didn’t end there – he smiled, gave himself a thumbs up, said “gig ‘em,” and then said “hi.” He probably would have kept on had I not pulled him out of his seat. Then we got home and were making a cake and I caught him looking at himself in the side of the mixer and making faces. I had the camera right there but didn’t get a good picture because I was afraid the batter would go everywhere.
