The Mulholland Kids

We’ve sure hit the terrible 2’s.  When Ben doesn’t get his way he pulls handfuls of my hair out and hits me (this is usually when he doesn’t want to go to bed or doesn’t want to get into the stroller, car seat, or shopping car).  Yesterday we were at Wal-Mart and this happened since I let Ben push the cart for a while.  A man came across us after the hair pulling and hitting and saw Ben crying and said to us, “did your mommy pinch you?  And then he said I’ll hit your mommy back and hit me on the head with a pool noodle.  I’m sure the look on my face said enough but when is it proper to tell him what I really thought?  (but then again Ben doesn’t need to be repeating that kind of language)
