Egg decorating
Today we went to Robyn’s parents to color Easter eggs. First of all I bought the wrong kind of decorating kit for a 2 year old…luckily Robyn was better prepared. The kids really loved it and Ben made a TOTAL mess with the dye. He managed to spill more than one color of dye but luckily we were outside in the grass and it didn’t matter. Just to name a few: they were tossing the eggs into the dye and we were all jumping back not to get hit, Brooke was banging the eggs together, Ben smashed an egg onto the table, Ben threw a freshly colored egg onto the ground. It seemed very chaotic at times and I’m glad there were 5 adults for 2 children! I can’t wait to see how he does with the hunt on Sunday
